HireLV stores the account, company, and review information you submit so the directory can run. License and insurance files are kept in private storage and are not shown on the public profile. We don't sell your information. Payment details for Pro and Business Exchange are handled by Stripe.
When you use the LV Handbook assistant, we save your questions, the answers and your ratings to run and improve the service. We don't store voice recordings. Questions may be used, with names and contact details removed, to add answers to part pages and to find missing manuals. You can delete your history at any time in Account settings.
